اليوم كان اول ايام الصوم والحمد لله كان الجو باردا...ورغم دخولنا اليوم في فصل الربيع الا ان الجو البارد سوف يستمر الى شهر اكتوبر...
فترة الصيام تنتهي بعد السادسة مساءا بقليل ..واذكر قبل اكثر من عشر سنوات كان بعد الساعة 9:30 وكان فصل الصيف حارا جدا...دول الشرق الاوسط تقدم شهر رمضان الى فصل الصيف..تعب اكثر وثواب اعظم بأذن الله تعالى..
لشهر رمضان فلسفة خاصة واجواء روحانية تقتل روتين الحياة الممل..وتضعف الشهوات وتضبط النفوس كل مايسيء اليها...
قرأت اليوم في الصحيفة المحلية عن شهر رمضان وفيها صور عن المراكز الاسلامية في المنطقة...منها صور مسلمون اتراك يصلون بالمسجد..وتقدر نسبة المسلمين في المنطقة بحوالي 8-10%ودائما يكون الحديث في وسائل الاعلام عن رمضان والمسلمين كل عام ..وبأحترام وتقدير باعتبار ان الاسلام دينا سماويا والمسلمين احد المكونات الهامة في المجتمع الغربي.....

الذكرى الثلاثون

اليوم 31\8\2008 تمر الذكرى الثلاثون لاختفاء الامام موسى الصدر(1928-؟) مع رفيقيه الشيخ محمد يعقوب والصحفي عباس بدر الدين في ليبيا بعد تلبية دعوة لزيارتها بمناسبة الذكرى التاسعة لانقلاب القذافي.
مازال مصير الامام وزميليه مجهولا ومازال المجرم طليقا...في ظل صمت دولي مشين يدل على استمرار احتقار الانسان وحريته ...لم تكن جريمة الاختطاف الاولى التي يمارسها الديكتاتور الفاسد المجنون القذافي،فقد سبقها اختطاف الشعب الليبي وسلبه لحريته،ومازال يبيع ثروات ذلك الشعب المظلوم لاسكات جميع الاصوات وللاستمرار اطول فترة في حكمه المشؤوم...كذلك لم تكن الاولى في اختطاف اشخاص لهم وزن كبير في السياسة والفكر،فقد سبقها جرائم كثيرة كما تلت تلك الحادثة جرائم اخرى،لان المجتمع الدولي لم يردع ذلك المجنون الدموي عن ارهابه واجرامه..ومن امثلة جرائمه البشعة جريمة اختطاف السياسي والمفكر الليبي منصور الكيخيا من القاهرة في كانون اول ديسمبر 1993 بالاشتراك مع اجهزة النظام المصري الارهابي الفاسد وبتغطية من المجرم حسني مبارك..
لقد حاول النظام الليبي الغبي التغطية على جريمته وخاصة طلبه بدفع التعويضات المالية لعائلته..ولكن رفض طلبه..
ضرورة تقديم ذلك الاهبل المجرم الى العدالة للاقتصاص منه وجعله عبرة لكل ديكتاتور مجرم يستهين بالشعوب..ولسوء الحظ ليس للبنان قدرة امريكا للقبض عليه كما قبضت على نورييغا..كما ليس للشعب الليبي حظوظ الشعوب الاخرى..

حول دراسة الايذاء النفسي اكثر من الايذاء البدني

الدراسة الحديثة الموجودة في موقع ال bbc والمعنونة جرح المشاعر أكثر إيلاما من الإيذاء البدني،هي دراسة صحيحة من خلال تجربتي الشخصية او تجارب الاخرين الذين اعرفهم...
الايذاء النفسي له تأثيرات طويلة الامد وقد تطول الى حد نهاية حياة الانسان بينما الايذاء البدني في الغالب ممكن معالجته او يؤدي الى الموت في الحالات الخطرة،من آثار الايذاء النفسي هو نفسه ايذاء بدني من خلال تدمير الاعصاب او اعضاء الجسم ذات العلاقة...
ولايمكن معالجة الايذاء النفسي الا بصعوبة بالغة جدا وفي الغالب يصعب على الحل او المعالجة،ولا يمكن حل المعالجة بالسفر بعيدا او الاعتماد على النسيان،فتلك الحلول فاشلة..خاصة للذين يمتلكون ذاكرة قوية،تستطيع استرجاع كل الذكريات الاليمة خاصة في العلاقات الانسانية الحميمة....وتكبر المشكلة لدى بعض الناس اذا كانوا حساسين جدا،وفي مقابلهم اناس عديموا الاحساس او باردين او على الاقل يتعمدون الايذاء..

Hurt feelings 'worse than pain'

The old adage "sticks and stones can break your bones, but words can never hurt you", simply is not true, according to researchers.
Psychologists found memories of painful emotional experiences linger far longer than those involving physical pain.
They quizzed volunteers about painful events over the previous five years.
Writing in the journal Psychological Science, they said evolutionary brain changes which allow us to work better in groups or societies could be key.
The cerebral cortex may also have had an unintended effect of allowing humans to relive, re-experience and suffer from social pain

The volunteers, all students, were asked to write about painful experiences, both physical and emotional, then given a difficult mental test shortly afterwards.
The principle was that the more painful the recalled experience, the less well the person would perform in the tests.
Test scores were consistently higher in those recalling physical rather than "social" pain.
Psychological scoring tests revealed that memories of emotional pain were far more vivid.
Social evolution
Researcher Zhansheng Chen, from Purdue University in Indiana, said that it was much harder to "re-live" physical pain than to recall social pain.
He said the evolution of a part of the brain called the cerebral cortex, which processes complex thinking, perception and language, might be responsible.
He said: "It certainly improved the ability of human beings to create and adapt, to function in and with groups, communities and cultures, and to respond to pain associated with social interactions.
"However, the cerebral cortex may also have had an unintended effect of allowing humans to relive, re-experience and suffer from social pain."
The researchers now plan to repeat the experiment in older people, who are more likely to have experienced chronic pain.
Michael Hughesman, a child psychologist based in Germany, agreed that it was likely that emotional pain was handled in a different part of the brain from physical pain, and likely to be longer-lasting.
He said: "There is something very intangible about emotional damage - with physical pain, you can see the bruise, but in emotional abuse there is often fear and anxiety which remains.
"If someone tells you in the playground that they are going to get you after school, then you tend to be anxious and afraid about it far more than if someone just punches you there and then."

دراسة : جرح المشاعر أكثر إيلاما من الإيذاء البدني

ذكر باحثون ان مقولة "إن العصا والحجارة يمكن أن تكسر العظام في حين أن الكلمات لا تؤذي" غير صادقة.
فقد توصل باحثون نفسيون إلى أن الذكريات المؤلمة المرتبطة بالتجارب العاطفية أكثر إيلاما من تلك المتعلقة بالألم البدني.
وتم نشر الدراسة في صحيفة "جورنال سايكولوجيكال ساينس". وقال الباحثون في هذه الدراسة ان التغيرات التي تطرأ على المخ وتسمح لنا بالعمل في إطار جماعي أو مجتمعي يمكن أن تكون المفتاح لفهم هذا الأمر.
وطلب في هذه الدراسة من عينة البحث، وهم متطوعون جميعهم من الطلاب، أن يكتبوا عن تجاربهم المؤلمة البدنية والعاطفية ثم يجرى لهم اختبار ذهني صعب بعد كتابة تلك التجارب بوقت قصير.
والمبدأ الأساسي الذي اعتمدت عليه الدراسة انه كلما كانت التجربة التي تذكرها الطالب أكثر إيلاما كلما كان أداؤه في الاختبار أسوأ. وكانت النتائج أفضل لدى تذكر تجارب الألم البدني عن الألم العاطفي.
وقال الباحث شينسينج زين من جامعة بوردو في ولاية إنديانا الأمريكية إنه من الصعب إحياء ذكرى الألم بدني مقارنة بالألم العاطفي والاجتماعي.
وأضاف قائلا إن هناك جانبا في المخ قد يكون مسؤولا عن ذلك هو القشرة المخية التي تقوم بعمليات معقدة تشمل التفكير والادراك واللغة.
وتابع قائلا "إن هذا الجزء من المخ يحسن قدرة الانسان على التكيف مع الجماعات والثقافات كما انه مسؤول عن رد الفعل على الألم الذي له علاقة بالجماعة".
وقال مايكل هوجسمان الأخصائي في علم نفس الطفل في ألمانيا انه من المرجح ان تكون عدة أجزاء في المخ تتعامل مع الألم العاطفي الذي يعتبر تأثيره أبعد مدى.
وأضاف قائلا "في الألم البدني يمكن رؤية الجراح والكدمات أما الألم العاطفي فهو يخلف في الغالب القلق والخوف".
وتابع قائلا "لو قال تلاميذ لزميل لهم انهم سيعتدون عليه بعد المدرسة فهو سيعيش في قلق وخوف أكبر بكثير مما قد يحدث له بالفعل".

في ذكراه الخامسة

تمر اليوم 29\8\2008الذكرى الخامسة لاستشهاد آية الله العلامة السيد محمد باقر الحكيم(1939-2003)في النجف الاشرف في انفجار مروع في النجف الاشرف بعد صلاة الجمعة قرب ضريح الامام علي بن ابي طالب(ع)مع مايقارب المائة شهيد،من قبل الارهابيين التكفيرين بقيادة المجرم المقبور الزرقاوي،وبتنفيذ والد زوجته الثانية صاحب الوجه القبيح،في عملية من الخسة والنذالة والاجرام ما يفوق الوصف دون ادنى مراعاة للمكان المقدس او لوجود الابرياء فيه،بمشاركة البعث المقبور عن طريق دعم عملائه الجبناء في عمليتهم الارهابية المروعة،والتي حاول المجرم المقبور صدام التنكر منها لبشاعتها من حفرته الحقيرة في محاولة يائسة منه لكسب قلوب ملايين الضحايا المنكوبين من حكمه الاسود.
كان العلامة الشهيد مثالا بارزا للعلم والجهاد والتقوى،وقد عانى من البعث المقبور الكثير بما فيهم استشهاد العشرات من ابناء اسرته الكريمة في محاولة جبانة من مافيا البعث الارهابية لثنيه عن مقاومة نظامهم الاجرامي،ولكن عزيمته وشجاعته واصلت الجهاد حتى ازالة حكمه المقبور عن صدر العراق الحبيب بدخول قوات التحالف الدولي عام 2003م.
ومن المفارقات ان يكون استشهاده على يد زمرة ارهابية تكفيرية جبانة مارست الارهاب والقتل في العراق مستغلة الفراغ الامني والخوف السني من الانتقام الشيعي – الكردي،فعاثت في الارض فسادا الى ان قامت ثورة الصحوات في نهاية عام 2006م،وهو الذي يترأس المجمع العالمي للتقريب بين المذاهب الاسلامية المختلفة،لفترة طويلة،ولم يكن في حياته سوى داعية للتسامح والحب والوحدة مع كافة المذاهب الاسلامية والاديان الاخرى،ولم يقف انتماؤه العربي في الوقوف مع محنة الاقليات القومية الاخرى من اكراد وتركمان وكلدان وآشوريون.
ذهب العلامة الشهيد في وقت احتاجه العراق الجريح اكثر من اي وقت مضى،ومع الاسف الشديد لم يحاول الجميع الثأر له وللشهداء الذين معه او الذي التحقوا بعده،مما اجرى الويلات على العراق واهله،ولا ينبغي تحميل قوات التحالف المسؤولية فالخطأ كامن فينا،ولم يتحد الجميع الا في البكاء عليه او السير في مواكب تشييعه وكان من الاجدر النهوض بهمة وعزيمة لتنظيف العراق من التكفيريين الجبناء واتباع البعث المقبور،وكان من الممكن توفير دماء الضحايا والزمن المفقود،والجميع يشترك في تحمل المسؤولية،حتى جاءت عملية تفجير المرقدين الشريفين في سامراء في شباط 2006م وعندها لم يكن من مفر سوى الرد وان كان عشوائيا خجولا،وكان من آثاره هو رجوع السنة الى باقي مكونات الشعب العراقي بدلا من الوقوف بجانب الارهاب الدولي في محاولة يائسة لاسترجاع الحكم المفقود في زمن لا يمنح الحكم الا الى مستحقيه عبر صناديق الانتخاب.
لقد كان السيد الحكيم ابرز قادة المعارضة العراقية في المنفى لمدة تزيد على العقدين،وتحمل مع بقية رموز المعارضة واتباعهم، الغدر العربي المتمثل بالانظمة الفاسدة وشعوبها التي تعيش في عالم من الحقد والكراهية والتخلف والهمجية،ولا نستغرب مقدار فرحهم عن استشهاده او عند حصول اي نكبة على اهل العراق.
ليس للعراق سوى عناية الله سبحانه واهله المظلومين،ولا يجدر بالجميع حسن الظن بجيران يحاولون حرمان العراق من ابسط حقوقه،بل يجب ان يحسن الظن مع بقية الشعوب الاخرى التي وقفت في محنته وازالت نظامه والغت ديونه في وقت يحاول الرعاع استرجاع اموال السحت وهم ملىء به ولم ترجف لهم عين وهم يرون اموالهم تسحق العراقيين ثم يطالبون بها.
في ذكراك الخالدة وذكرى كل الشهداء في العراق وخارجه،يجب الوقوف بصمت لاسترجاع الذكريات والعمل بجد لبناء مستقبل مشرق للجميع.

ضد الدفاع عن الحكام

في رد البعض على كيفية اختيار بعض حكام البلاد الاسلامية،وغالبيتهم من السعودية،طبعا ردودهم في اغلبيتها تكاد تكون ذات فكرة واحدة ولكن بالفاظ مختلفة،وهو طبيعي كون التعليم في بعض البلاد العربية وخاصة السعودية هو تلقيني يعني لا يساعد الطالب على تحريك عقله واعطائه الحرية في ابداء الرأي حتى لو كان عقلانيا بل هو حشو نصوص ومواد وتفسيرات جاهزة اغلبيتها ديني وفق تفسير واحد ضمن منظومة حديثية لا تقبل النقاش مهما تضاربت الاحاديث فيما بينها او ظهر التناقض بين نصوصها،وطبعا تختلف تلك التفسيرات عن مذاهب وآراء اخرى.
طبعا هناك بعض الردود لا تستحق الرد التفصيلي منها قول ان المسلمين لا يعجبونك وانك ضد النظام الاسلامي،وهو مزج مضحك بين واقع وسلوك المسلمين المشين وبين الدين الاسلامي وانظمته المختلفة وخاصة في السياسة والاجتماع التي لا يختلف عليها احد،وواقع المسلمين وتخلفهم وجهلهم وكونهم خارج الحضارة الانسانية،ولا يمتلكون ادنى مراتب القوة الاقتصادية والسياسية والعسكرية امر واقع لا يختلف عليه الا معاند جاهل والذي يسافر للبلاد المتقدمة سوف يلاحظ الفارق الكبير خاصة في طرق التعليم والسلوك والثقافة التي تمنح الانسان كرامة يستحقها.
رد اخر يقول لايجوز الخروج على الحاكم مهما كان ظالما!!وعندما ارسلت ردا له قال ان الاية 59 من سورة النساء في القرآن الكريم والتي تقول(واطيعوا الله ورسوله واولى الامر منكم...)تثبت ذلك وفق مذهب اهل السنة حسب قوله،والحفاظ على وحدة المسلمين واجبة...طبعا هذا التساؤل والاحتجاج مكرر على مدار التاريخ والمزج بين الطاعة الواجبة في القرآن الكريم وطاعة حكام الامس واليوم هو حديث من الضعف والسخف لا مثيل له..ان الطاعة التي فسرها العلماء من المذاهب المختلفة تكون للعلماء وفق البعض او للائمة او الخلفاء الاثنى عشر وفق البعض الاخر وهو متفق عليه ولكن مختلف في تحديد من هؤلاء،فالشيعة متفقون على اسمائهم،والسنة غير متفقين حتى فيما بينهم في تحديد من هم، واحيانا يضيفون بعض حكام بني امية من الطواغيت والفساق بينهم فقط لاكمال القائمة!!،والبعض الاخر فسر ان ولاة الامر هم الامراء الذين يطيعون العلماء،وهو امر غير واقع اساسا الان كون ان الحكام الان لا يستطيعون تحمل معارضة اي شخص مهما كان حجمه او عمره او مكانته فكيف يطيعون العلماء في امور الدين،وبالتالي فأن طاعة الحكام وفق تفسير هؤلاء غير متوفرة شروطها الان.
يبقى التفسير الاخر وهو الضعيف وخاصة من الناحية العقلية والتي توجب طاعة الحاكم مهما كان سلوكه،وهو ما روج له فقهاء السلاطين منذ زمن بني امية ولحد الان رغم ان تلك الطاعة تتعارض مع التعاليم الاسلامية في طاعة المخلوق في رضا الخالق ولكن وفق هذا التفسير المضحك تضرب النصوص الثابتة عرض الحائط في سبيل الحفاظ على عروش خاوية متقلبة !! كذلك وصول الحاكم الى سدة الحكم وهو امر هام جدا يتم وفق بعض المذاهب تحت اطار من الشورى والاختيار للاصلح ولكن من هنالك من الحكام الان تم اختياره وفق هذه الطريقة؟الجواب لا احد فالكل جاء وفق منطق القوة والغدر والبقاء في المنصب حتى القبر!!وبالتالي فأن الاختيار وفق منطق الشورى وهو ما يعادل الانتخاب الحر في الديمقراطيات الحديثة غير متوفر والبقاء ايضا لفترة معينة ووفق صلاحيات محدودة غير موجود بتاتا.
منطق الدفاع عن الحكام الديكتاتوريين مهما كانت جنسيتهم او دينهم او مكانتهم او طريقة وصولهم للحكم،هو منطق ضعيف ومتناقض ولا يقبله عقل ولا منطق ولا واقع مجاراة الامم الاخرى التي اختارت طريق الديمقراطية والحرية كسلوك ومنهج في العمل السياسي وهي صالحة لكل البلدان والشعوب مهما جادل وعارض كل جاهل عنيد يضع الاغلال على عقله وقلبه ولسانه ....
والحديث عن ان الحكام الديكتاتوريين مؤيدين من قبل شعوبهم فهي من السخافة والتفاهة بحيث الافضل عدم الرد عليها والاشارة الى حجم الضحايا والثورات فقط.
انتشار ثقافة الطاعة العمياء للحكام هي كارثة على الامة الاسلامية مازالت آثارها باقية وسوف تبقى حتى ازالة آخر صنم يحكم مع حاشيته ممن يطبلون له بغض النظر عن نوعية تلك الحاشية التي تكون خطرة اذا ضمت بين صفوفها بعض رجال الدين او المثقفين ممن يبيعون دينهم وفكرهم ومبادئهم للذي يدفع اكثر..والعاقبة للمتقين من الاحرار والمظلومين....

حاكمين عسكريين:
استولى ضابطين عسكريين على الحكم في بلدين اسلاميين،هما السودان وباكستان،وكان الحكم فيهما قبل الانقلاب ديمقراطي.
الضابط الاول هو الجنرال عمر البشير الذي قام بالانقلاب في 30 حزيران1989 ضد حكومة الصادق المهدي المنتخبة في السودان،والاخر هو الجنرال برفيز مشرف الذي قام بأنقلاب عسكري ضد حكومة نواز شريف المنتخبة في تشرين اول اكتوبر1999 في الباكستان.
انقلابهما على الحكومات المنتخبة في بلديهما يعتبر جريمة كبرى وخيانة عظمى لبلديهما لان واجبهما فقط هو حماية الامن الداخلي وحماية البلاد من الاخطار الخارجية،وبالتالي ارتكبا جريمة يستحقان عليهما اشد العقوبات،وعلى جميع المخلصين في شعبيهما ان يبذلا اقصى جهد لتقديمهما لمحاكمة عادلة ونزيهة حتى يكونا عبرة لكل طامح مغامر للحكم في بلديهما او في البلاد الاخرى.
لقد حولا بلديهما الى نظامين ديكتاتوريين ينخر الفساد في افرع الدولة،كما ان الزمن المفقود في مقارعة حكمهما الفاسد كان طويلا خاصة بالنسبة للديكتاتور السوداني،وكان من الممكن استغلال الوقت لبناء بلديهما وتركيز الجهود للقضاء على الفقر والجهل والتخلف وحصر المعركة مع الفاسدين والفقر.
لقد كان الزمن الضائع طويلا ويصعب تعويضه،كذلك آثار جريمتيهما الكبرى في الاستيلاء على الحكم وعدم ارجاعه كما فعل ضابطين سابقين في السودان ايضا(الجنرال سوار الذهب)وفي موريتانيا قبل ثلاث سنوات ايضا،سوف تبقى الاثار المدمرة لفترة طويلة من الزمن،في عالم يسير نحو الديمقراطية والحرية ويبذل الجهود نحو التنمية والتطوير.
تبقى استقالة مشرف في 18\8\2008 هو الفرق بينه وبين الديكتاتور السوداني الذي يرفض الاستقالة حتى بعد توجيه الاتهام له بشكل رسمي في المحكمة الجنائية الدولية بالمسؤولية المباشرة عن الجرائم ضد الانسانية في اقليم دارفور.
ان الجرائم التي حدثت في اقاليم السودان المختلفة خلال حكم البشير هي كافية لصحة توجيه الاتهامات له وان حديثه حول ان ذلك مؤامرة لتقسيم السودان هو مضحك ومبكي في نفس الوقت،فمازال هذا الديكتاتور المتخلف يربط بين شخصه الجاهل وبين بلده ويجعل الفصل بينهما كتقسيم السودان!! بينما العكس هو الصحيح اذا غالبا ما يكون الديكتاتوريين هم المسؤولين عن تمزيق اوطانهم وشعوبهم.بسلوك الجنرال مشرف هو البداية الصحيحة وان جاءت متأخرة من قبله،والاصرار من قبل الجنرال البشير هو الاستمرار في طريق الخطا ثم معناه ان اعماله الاجرامية في الحكم،لن تغفر له استقالته او حرصه على تقديم نفسه طواعية للمحكمة الدولية.
الفرق كبير بينهما ولكن لايغفر لمشرف حكمه الديكتاتوري،سلوكه الحضاري بالاستقالة،والواجب ايضا ان يجري تقديمه الى محاكمة عادلة.
اما الديكتاتور السوداني فحقيقة ان بعد ان دمر شعبه ومزق وطنه فالواجب ممارسة الضغوط عليه لتقديمه للمحكمة حتى يكون عبرة له ولغيره،وان يأخذ جزاءه العادل عما اقترفت يداه خاصة وانه نموذج مثالي للهمجية العسكرية في العالم الثالث التي لا تقف بوجهها اي قوانين ودساتير وحريات .....
